Request

I am requesting records concerning Public Access Counselor (PAC) matters involving Flock Safety, automated license plate readers (ALPRs), and related surveillance technology records.

Specifically, I request:

Copies of any binding opinions, non-binding determinations, closing letters, determination letters, or other PAC review decisions involving FOIA disputes concerning Flock Safety or ALPR records.
Copies of any PAC matters addressing requests for audit logs, search logs, query logs, access logs, user activity logs, sharing logs, or similar system-generated records associated with Flock Safety or other ALPR systems.
Copies of any PAC matters addressing whether such records may be withheld under FOIA exemptions, including matters involving claims related to law-enforcement techniques, officer safety, system security, cybersecurity, investigative information, or other asserted exemptions.
If available, any index, tracking information, or other record identifying responsive PAC matters, including the PAC file number, public body involved, date, disposition, and subject matter.
This request is intended to include both published and unpublished PAC matters. Electronic copies are preferred.

If no responsive records exist, please confirm that in writing. If the request is considered overly broad, I am happy to work with your office in good faith to clarify or narrow its scope rather than have the request denied.
