Request

I am requesting copies of the following records maintained by the Public Access Counselor:

Any guidance, training materials, manuals, reference materials, or generally applicable memoranda concerning FOIA requests for electronic audit logs, access logs, query logs, search histories, or other system-generated logs.
Any such materials addressing whether querying, filtering, exporting, or generating a report from an existing electronic database constitutes creating a new record under FOIA.
Any such materials addressing electronic public records maintained by a private technology vendor or contractor on behalf of a public body.
This request is limited to generally applicable guidance and training/reference materials and is not intended to duplicate my separate request for PAC reviews involving Flock Safety or ALPR records.

Electronic copies are preferred.
